Alex, the heart behind Raw Handcrafts, transitioned from builder to artisan and what started as a market experiment making a basic floating shelf, blossomed into the bespoke Raw Handcrafts. Our mounting process is designed to be hassle-free. You’ll only need 2 to 4 screws (depending on the shelf length) securely fastened into your chosen wall. These screws should have their heads protruding about 5mm. Our shelves feature keyhole grooves routed on the back of the wood, enabling them to effortlessly slide onto the protruding screws. We provide the necessary hardware for a seamless installation. Whether your wall is made of gyprock, timber beams, or brick, our system is versatile and reliable.
Maintenance is a breeze. Simply wipe down your shelf as needed with a damp microfibre cloth to keep it looking its best. Our shelves are crafted to withstand everyday use and maintain their natural beauty and charm with minimal effort.
For shelves up to 1200mm in length, we take care of shipping Australia-wide. If you’re considering a longer shelf, we recommend getting in touch with us to discuss potential shipping options. Our priority is ensuring your shelf reaches you in pristine condition.
